The Axelar Artist Collective and Research Collective are programs (each a ”Program”) for participation by all Eligible Participants. The purpose of each Program is to provide a way for the Axelar community to receive acknowledgement for the development of quality content, as determined by the community. Each Program may also entail a contest (“Contest”), and the Winners shall be determined by Voting Community Members.

To be an “Eligible Participant,” you must be able to pass the know-your customer (“KYC”) requirements of the Axelar Foundation (the “Foundation”), which may be updated from time to time by Foundation in its sole discretion.  Failure to pass KYC requirements shall automatically lead to exclusion from the Program.

The “Rules” for the Program are as follows:

1. Anyone may apply to become an Eligible Participant, with determination as to final eligibility made by the Foundation at its sole discretion;
2. Eligible Participants shall develop content specific to each Program and Contest with such scope communicated by Foundation from time to time via (the “Program Rules”);
3. Voting Community Members shall vote on the content; “Voting Community Members” means those members of the Axelar community that, as determined by Foundation in its sole discretion, shall have the right to vote to determine winners of the Contest;
4. A certain number of Eligible Participants, including the top recipients of votes (the “Winners”), will receive a certain number of points (“Points”) corresponding to the votes received, with such calculation communicated by Foundation from time to time;
5. From time to time, but no less than on a quarterly basis, the aggregate Points will be calculated and a prize will be awarded to each Winner (the “Prize”);
6. The amount of each Prize to be awarded to each Winner for a given quarter will be communicated by Foundation in the Telegram group and through a Prize distribution platform; and
7. Foundation may, in its sole discretion, provide additional Prizes to certain Winners.

Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update the Rules from time to time.

Foundation may, in its sole discretion, terminate an Eligible Participant and exclude them from a Contest at any time.  Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, content (including social media postings) produced that are in breach of the Program Rules.

Foundation will not allow any “bot” (software application that can perform tasks automatically) to participate in the Contest.

In order to receive the Prize, each Winner acknowledges and agrees that: (i) each Winner may be required to enter into further terms and conditions with the Foundation prior to receipt of the Prize, and (ii) the Prize may be given in the form of AXL tokens or another token or fiat of equivalent value, as determined by Foundation in its sole discretion.  For the avoidance of doubt, U.S. persons will only be eligible to receive fiat, USDC, or another U.S. dollar denominated stablecoin as a Prize.
